“I received my delivery the day after your email. I cannot express how delighted I was with everything. Starting with the packing (it seems silly but the care about how all the plants were carefully placed in the box, the straw that hold them, the use of minimum plastic). I would only suggest the use of paper label but I guess you have already thought about it and considered them not enough strong for the purpose.

Plants arrived safely and they we all in excellent health condition, well grown, with developed and established roots and read to be transplanted in my plot.

The communication with the customer service (you) was very quick, also considering the difficult time we are going through, polite and reassuring.

“I just wanted to let you know that my box of wonderful vegetable plants has arrived today and I am thrilled!  The plants are fantastic; beautifully wrapped and labelled and the packaging is perfect!  Everything arrived in the very best condition. I’ve planted all but the runner and french beans which I will do tomorrow and I’m very excited now to watch them grow and hopefully produce delicious fruit.  If they don’t it has absolutely nothing to do with you.

I am so pleased that time and need in lockdown enabled me to come across you.  I will make sure that I keep watch on your website and organise my purchases sooner next time.  One other thing that I am delighted with is the fact that you sell in small quantities.  I only have a very small area to grow veg so vast amounts are no good to me as there is absolutely nowhere I can put them.
